Well, I had been silent because I am flooded with work. I did not get time tom build 4.0.10 on Windows yet, thgus cannot provide any specific concerning windows. However I would be glad to take the updates task for ReadMe for Windows, and Linux RH 6.x with OSF/MOTIF.
