Log Message:
Start pulling out the resources to their own files. This will allow
easier editing of the Resources for other languages, etc. Also adding
a new set of resources that can be used by defining NEW_KEYLAYOUT
during compile. This new set of accelerators eliminates some limitations
on Mac keyboards and has accelerators more like those in Microsoft,
Apple, and Adobe products. When this is all done, I will document
the new layout. If NEW_KEYLAYOUT is not defined, then the existing
accelerators are used.
