These organizations are real Associations.

Which user owns ISO13606?
They have to pay to read the standard, and quite much, 200 Euro per part.
They may not distribute it freely.
There is copyright on it.

So, this was my last message about this.

I think some one else should defend the position of OpenEHR from now.
