All,
We are launching a new initiative to create some really simple and
neat EJB3 examples similar to the excellent examples that Tomcat
ships that show people how to write Servlets and JSPs. With these
examples people will not only be able to use OpenEJB 3 very easily,
but moreover they will be one of the definitive places to learn
EJB3. Period.
Hey Dave,
Excellent idea! I think that we should put it on the website. What
do you think?
Great suggestion. It's here now and should be published within an
hour http://cwiki.apache.org/OPENEJB/
For those that are interested, this example will compile, deploy and
run in a unit test.

We basically need a directory like each of the examples. Something
simple and fun. That example even runs with the build so we *know*
it always works. You might think of these as our itests but very
small, user focused, uncluttered and cleanly documented with a heavy
slant at teaching.
