I agree. I got in a hurry last night whipping this together and
neglected the standards. Funny thing is that I use the standards in my own
plugin. Since I have to do some refactoring for the other stufff, I'll just
throw these changes in as part of the refactoring.

I found the problem. You will need one more image definition for the
Server Type. XML fragment is below for this definition.

Also, it would be nice if we rename the image folder to icons ( :-) just
trying to follow the Eclipse conventions) and create a sub folder named
obj16 to hold 16x16 images. I made this change in my working copy.
Should I attach the patch here as we do not have JIRA issue yet.
