Finished CMP 1.x TCK, so we can now consider CMP 1.x functionally
complete.
I'll start on the 2.x tasks tomorrow.

I have just committed CMP 1.x Complex Pk and am about to start on
CMP 1.x Unknown Pk. The goal of the TCK items above is to get
some of the tests passing, but not attempt to fully certify them.
Once I finish all of the above, CMP will be generally working, and
I'll start on fully certifying CMP implementation (and the rest of
OpenEJB3).
