Way overcommitted :( I'll subscribe to the -private list with the board hat on, but won't be much use on the PMC.

I've got to get the message out better about the resolution template in svn:committers/board/templates/. It's a draft-resolution btw, not a charter. A charter is a community thing you setup that defines what your project can do, how it'll do things etc. Waste of time imo. As for the chair/TBD, is anyone against the obvious candidate? :) Hen
