I apologize for not sending this earlier. I was not tending properly
to this list.
I think for the PMC members you listed there are several active
committers that were ommitted and should have been included (me not
being one of them). I know this is late so my bad. I voted +0 on
the graduation due to the initial set of committers but I'm sure that
will sort itself out as time goes on.
