Dummy accounts in French account plan model

Bug description:
The model of accounting plan in the French localization creates several dummy
accounts named like "Matière (ou groupe) A", "Matière (ou groupe) B".
In the officiel accounting rules ("Plan comptable général"), they are only
indicated to serve as examples of how accountants should divide the main
accounts into product-specific children accounts.
Therefore we must not create them as part of setting up a new OpenERP
instance. Instead, the first thing the accountant has to do is to create them
himself.
Those accounts should be removed from the data file.
