Compiles cleanly for me on win7 x64 vs 2013 express

It looks like the issues in IlmImfUtil - the undefined symbols in 
IlmImfUtilTest - are caused by the same issue.

I had to add #include "ImfExport.h" and also add IMF_EXPORT to “bool isTiled” 
in ImfPartType to resolve the external. No idea if this is a good idea or going 
to work in real applications though heh
