[Openexr-devel] Windows builds of CTL/OpenEXR_CTL

I am wondering if someone has been able to build CTL and OpenEXR_CTL with v2.2 of OpenEXR. I am using CTL 1.4.1 and OpenEXR_CTL 1.0.1. I compiled the Win32 version and I get a crash as soon as I try loading an exr file. I compiled the x64 version and I get a crash as soon as my program starts and a window opens. I tried compiling debug versions of the OpenEXR libs, but not clear if the makefiles respect the -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug. Also, what happened to the createDLL.exe that is no longer present in the IlmBase distro, but it is still needed for CTL and OpenEXR_CTL.
