Already done:
* Based on Alex Zhang code
* Relocatable first stage (may be uploaded to any RAM address on a780,
on a1200 MBM restrictions apply (0xa0de0000 only))
* Same build works on a780 and a1200 (via boot_usb)
* FB driver working for both (unlike i imagined)
* PCAP driver working for both
* MMC driver working for both
Todo:
* machid stuff
* still not working when flashed
* atags/cmdline/initrd for a1200
* usb, to allow boot_usb'ed kernels to run with BP in normal mode.
Some stuff will change in comparisson with the a780 blob2:
* much easier, faster and secure to flash, no need to resize
partitions, both, 2.4 and 2.6 kernels will be on mmc card.
* no tight limits for kernel image size
* slower booting (the current mmc driver is very slow)
* *the phone will not work at all without a MMC card*
