This is a standard property of Red Hat derived distributions including
Fedora.. if currently used modules are not present in a newer kernel, it
certainly does warn you about it. It's upto you to make sure that your
hardware is supported. You can try using the "unsupported" kernel which
should have many more modules enabled in it.

ntpd should be a part of the distribution in the ntp package, so you can
configure it if you wish to. If you don't have it installed, please "yum
install ntp". Unfortunately we do not have support for configuring it in
the web interface yet. But nothing stops you from reading a howto and
configuring it in /etc/ntp/ manually and enabling the ntp service :-)

chkconfig ntpd on && service ntpd start

We use the IET iscsi target software. You can tweak its parameters if
you wish to.. again, there is no support for it in the interface.
