Les... http://www.bitvise.com/
for about $100 US you get a combo package. (1) ssh daemon to run on either a server or workstation AND (1) client application. We have been testing WinSSHd for the past 30 days and the functionality meets our needs...SSH tunnel with the ability to script RDP as well as acess the command line on the remote machine. Additionally, if you add the M$ loopback adpater, you can map a local drive to a remote drive via the ssh tunnel. BJ... Lots of good information..too much to digest right now. Thanks so much for your insight. I am pretty sure I still want to run a NAS at the colo incase either server were to die. Atleast I would have backups of my data. I'm still on the fence about tapes though. The colo wants an arm-n-leg for this additional service...which is more expensive than adding a NAS server to the rack. I will be check back soon.
