Hi Robin What changes were made to it recently?
Did you disable the use of MD5 and shadow passwords in the accounts section? If so, log in manually using SSH as root and run authconfig and check to make sure these are enabled.. if not, enable them, save the config in authconfig, reboot the box and try logging in again. Btw, if you are using it on a production machine with over 50 users, you really need to consider taking a support contract with us so that we can help you directly in these circumstances (although you are getting convenient responses on the mailing list now :)). What you pay towards such a support contract will help the development of Openfiler.
