Adding the following to /etc/conary/config.d/workaroundRepositoryMaps
fixed this issue for me:
repositoryMap conary.rpath.com https://conary.rpath.com/conary/
repositoryMap enterprise.rpath.org https://enterprise.rpath.org/conary/
repositoryMap openfiler.rpath.org https://openfiler.rpath.org/conary/
repositoryMap contrib.rpath.org https://contrib.rpath.org/conary/
