Hi Humphrey, It's hard for me tell you what kind of rule you want to add without knowing what it is you want to achieve. But, assuming you only want one slice since you only seem to have one controller, you could add this rule.
fvctl addFlowSpace <your_switches_dpid> 10 any Slice:<slicename>=4 you could also replace <your_switches_dpid> with 'any' as well. This command will give your slice all the flowspace for the dpid specified. Please have a look at the fvctl manpage for more info.
