I don't know the bug # from top of my head, but I think we talked
about kshlib there (which is not part of ctags known extensions), its
implementation shouldn't be that hard (it's just parameter parsing and
passing on to ctags), any takers?

This will be slightly tricky, since exuberant ctags doesn't support
scala:
http://ctags.sourceforge.net/languages.html
so opengrok analyzer will just add simple syntax highlighting, but no
defs/refs databases :(
(hence no symbols, method names, variables, etc.)
