However, all failed, and finally installed atleast PTlib 2.8.4 and
H323Plus-20101027 successfully as following. But GnuGk does not get fixed
yet, it causing the same Sqlext.h: 2111:1: error: `BOOL` does not name a
type. (please see the error details: https://gist.github.com/962143 )
Note: Step 3 to go, Step 1,2 is successfully installed in Fedora 14
Step 1: Download PTLib: http://www.gnugk.org/compiling-gnugk.html > v3.8
Sirius > Final > ptlib-2.8.4.tar.bz2
tar xvfj ptlib-2.8.4.tar.bz2
cd ~/ptlib
export PTLIBDIR=~/ptlib
./configure --prefix=/usr
make optnoshared
Step 2: Download H323Plus:
http://waix.dl.sourceforge.net/project/openh323gk/Sources/2.3.3/h323plus-20101027.tar.gz
tar xvfz h323plus-20101027.tar.gz
cd h323plus
export OPENH323DIR=~/h323plus
./configure
make optnoshared
Step 3: Download GnuGK:
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/openh323gk/gnugk-2.3.4.tar.gz?download
tar xvfz gnugk...
./configure --enable-h46018
make optnoshared # << failed
