Thanks for your answer. I would start testing immediately, but some strange
error with h323plus compilation occurs. Any idea:

please try again using the just released 3.1 version. There is at least one
bugfix that affected H.239 in conjunction with H.460.19.
(And for security reasons you should update anyway.)
