Hope I will not get burned as a heretic now, but...
1.) I don't believe that all of medicine will be carried out on the Internet in only 5
years (I'd wish, though)
2.) As a busy doctor I need a "here & now" solution, fast enough to keep pace with my
work. Delays in screen update, even for seconds, are not tolerable - but in present
web server applications inevitable
3.) I need as much user friendliness as possible - still a dream with present (X)HTML
functionality (sophisticated GUI design nearly impossible that way)
4.) .. I have to go to bed now (02:21 local time, had 48 busy hours on call) ... more
