Hi all, just found out that this type of insurance policy (which was discussed in here a few days ago) does in fact exist :-) The insurance company is "Gothaer Versicherungen" (www.gothaer.de [German]) and the relevant policy is called "SecuSecure". Details (in German) can be found here: http://www.gothaer.de/de/zg/gk/produkte_a-z/produkte/GK_PD_secusure-Internetversicherung.htm Basically it works like this: First the company secunet (a well known German security provider) assesses your company's online risk exposure. Based on that coverage and premium are calculated. Insurance can be obtained for net related risks including break-ins, viruses and denial-of-service. We are there, already. :-) regards, Karsten -- GPG key ID E4071346 @ certserver.pgp.org E167 67FD A291 2BEA 73BD 4537 78B9 A9F9 E407 1346
