Horst,
It is true that PA clerks are tied to a specific user interface to a certain
point. Prior to the current system, much customization had been done to the
old PA system. That system had many things cleanly that the new one
doesn't. It took 6 months to cleanly drop a bill. By cleanly, the system
didn't correctly place charges where they should be. Manual inspection of
each and every bill with possible corrections ripped their productivity
apart.
