Hi Carlo, Thanks for your patience and willingness to answer these simple and obvious questions over and over again! > This is why other of the Spirit group have found your comment to be > negative without reason, because we explained several times what we > were working on, and we had a chance to explain that to you in person. Perhaps the reason why you could not find negative reasons is because my comments are not meant to be negative??? :-) One of my suggestions during the OSHCA 2001 session was for Spirit to make better use of the OpenHealth list to communicate/describe the services you are trying to provide. I found your substantive response quite helpful and perhaps also informative to others (who have not had a chance to read the reams of "deliverables" documents that you and Bud like to refer to). ... > We are in the midst of the procedure for creating the business plans, and > thus identifying the costs for us, and then the prices for the service > itself. When you have the business plan (that you refer to above) worked out _explicitly_, then you will have an "explicit" plan that can be compared to other models. > What hurts me is that we *already* answered to you in person, and the > fact that you reiterate this in email only makes me think you have an > axe to grind with us. I am sorry to have hurt you. As I mentioned before (in person and in email to the OpenHealth list), the "axe" that I wish to grind is to help EuSpirit succeed (and thus become usable/useful to the OIO project). I appreciate your fear that frank discussions will drive away business - I happen to disagree with that view. ... > I hope to have answered you, and maybe shed some more light on what we are > doing. Carlo - you have done quite a bit to inform. My sincere hope is that you will be able to keep us informed without so much facilitation in the future. Of course, if that's what I think will help, I hope you will appreciate that my axe is not meant to cut you down. > I invite anyone to write and send comments, or questions; if possible > I will anser directly. Maybe if you/Spirit Project thanks me publicly for giving comments, others will be more willing to take the same risks. :-) Sincere regards, Andrew --- Andrew P.
