Hi, Anyone know what is the best software to generate valide data collection forms in clinical trials. Also, any idea if there exists any web site with free open clinical trial forms availible to people. Also, if any researchers follow the discussion in this channel, please inform me how do you design or use clinical forms...I am actualy confronted with a subject that i have to study particular aspects and make a large database. I am just wondering how much information should i collect and when should i stop looking for details.
