Hi, What I am asking isn't about software components for clinical trials, but about real forms in xml/html/ or any other format. I will reuse information from those forms concerning a study i want to conduct, no matter of the software used. Often, I am confronted with the fact that I have to build a form on my own. This is ok, but I prefer using standard forms developed at large institutions and validated by many researchs already. Is there any form library on the web or any companies offering collections of forms for researchers? Anything free and open would be appreciated...
