Not a problem here.
Copyright exists in an instantiation of an idea in tangible form, but we 
think a software patent is as silly as patenting the idea of two lovers with 
families at odds with each other, each noble in their way, getting together 
anyway and dying in a fit of goss and sequentially mutual over-reaction would 
be.
