Puh-leeese, Mr. Gage, drop the high-drama rhetorical technique. It won't cause any one on this list to adopt VistA and it certainly won't cause open source developers (who typically do open source development because it is cutting edge) to suddenly see the light and start volunteering to learn and code M.
