Oh, and by the way - some of the problems with recruiting at universities are: 1) the students tend to be busy with their studies, 2) they are still in the process of acquiring the skills, 3) they lack experience, and 4) they tend to want to make a lot right off if you're considering hiring them full time straight out of college.
