Yes, it was.  RHEL4 for example in later kernels has driver version 33.13.

I've been very successful in backporting more recent IPMI drivers to
RHEL{3,4}, and SLES9, and getting them included in the errata kernels.
SLES10 had a very up-to-date kernel and IPMI driver when it first
shipped.  I haven't needed to backport anything to these recently,
though I will need to backport at least one "feature" - not enabling
the polling kthread when interrupts are enabled - sometime in the next
few months.  I was hoping not to have to do a wholesale backport from
kernel.org HEAD onto those though - it's easier if we're very
selective with what we backport.

Did you have anything in particular you needed?  I'd sure be happy if
someone else wanted to do the backports to RHEL and SLES. :-)
