I saw the above were supposed to support some localization. It wasn’t a current 
concern for me. It’s sort of an obscure probably old Apple property but 
-Dapple.awt.application.name also works. Except I just noticed maybe not in 
Activity Monitor, still LoaderLaunchStub.
