I have two GitHub Issue Templates that gather the same information as the Oracle Web form for bug reports and feature requests. OpenJFX was the first project to move to GitHub. It could be the first to take over the bug submission, too. I know, easy for me to say! The burden would fall mainly on you and Kevin as project leads.

You can look at the old sandbox repository to see the kind of reports we would get, as they're still coming in there at a steady pace. I think we could be pretty ruthless in regards to the quality. I'm losing patience with Java developers who say a bug is important but can't bother to push the "Step Into" button instead of the "Step Over" button in their debugger.

But I'm fine as is, too. Maybe just let people know that they can become an Author and get access to the Java Bug System after only two commits! I was stunned when that happened.
