Kerning error in outline rendering

Bug description:
Currently the outline rendering uses a kerning different from the 'shadow'
one. Thus it happens, that the 'outline characters' and the 'shadow characters'
are shifted towards each other.
To show the effect one has to create a theme with a outline. It depends on
the words if this happens. So you might have to look at a couple of different
slides.
Sample configuration: Main area font: DejaVu Sans | 34pt | bold | outline 1pt
It looks, that there are basic differences in the kerning algorithms, as the
problem is strong at characters like a capital 'T' followed by a half height
letter.
