I have fixed the missing icon. However sometimes the window just does not popup.
It seems like a problem with the Local Connection.
You have to try several times to enter / exit / cancel dialog, then suddenly,
pressing the button just has no effect (The keyboard shortcut "crtl + q" does
still work)
