Okay I think I got it: After I signed up as Apple Developer with my Apple ID I have now to buy a subscription from their plan: https://developer.apple.com/programs/ios/
Right? I may start a thread at the general incubator list, maybe there is a certain discount or even for free access similar to what Mircosoft offers to Apache Foundation committers with their free MSDN access.
