It might be also possible to natively compile the Air application from our current setup. OpenLaszlo does integrate Flex. So it should be possible to compile an Air App instead of a SWF.
... my intend is still to use HTML5 for iOS on the long run and only externalize those parts that are not possible. However having an Air application should be just a matter of configuration. Maybe we simply try to get the Air Runtime running in general, it could be useful for people that want to install the client locally instead of using a browser applet. If it is a possible workaround for iOS as long as there is no other chance it would be great. Lets see what the general list will tell us about distributing "native" iOS applications.
