The only time tabel we can find is the one with zone names ... not zone times.
Here is the scenario: I am on the west coast and my schedule is west coast. I will invite an external user in the central US. I then select Dallas time zone (GMT-6) when inviting that particular participant. But when the invitation hits the invited person the email shows a timesone equal GMT-5 instead of GMT-6. If I now am a person located on the central US and want to invite someone else in the central US, that person will receive an email invitation with a meeting request that is 1 hour earlier than it should really be.
