No, you can imagine that you need the full control about the SIP environment, how should it otherwise work in a conference room? I mean if you create a conference room in openmeetings you also need a SIP Conference room so that everybody can use this conference room and you have some dial in number that users can use.
So you need a possibility to create a SIP conference room from openmeetings using some kind of RPC Gateway or similar that the SIP Server provides to create SIP Users and SIP Conference rooms.
