what is the "Incubator Disclaimer" I of course searched
for it on Google, but it stayed a mystery to me how it
has be displayed on our website.
Improved the site a little:

Can the Copyright notice be reduced a little ?

ready and can copy to OpenNLP. I can check it in, such that when INFRA is
ready, we just need to do our part to put the site up. From there, it's just a
matter of adding our appropriate stuff and then publishing.
