I would like to ask everyone to build our source and binary distribution
as described here
http://incubator.apache.org/opennlp/building.html
and then check if the produced distributables have any issues which
would result in a -1 vote on the incubator general mailing list.
Are LICENSE, NOTICE files are correct ? Is the README and RELEASE_NOTES
are ok ? etc.
Please use the -Papache-release switch to make an apache release,
otherwise the jira issue list will not be generated and also no
signature files.
