Only issue I have is if I remove the .m2/repository/org/apache/opennlp directory and do a fresh clean install series, I get an HTTP 403 error. --- error log --- [INFO] Processing input file: opennlp.xml Error Failure reading C:\Users\James Kosin\Documents\NetBeansProjects\trunk\opennlp- docs\src\docbkx\opennlp.xml: Server returned HTTP response code: 403 for URL: ht tp://www.oasis-open.org/docbook/xml/4.4/calstblx.dtd -- end error log -- If I run again, it works. Anyone else getting this? I know I'm running Windows which may be contributing.
