Ben and I have a meeting with Red Hat/Fedora tomorrow about getting OpenNMS into Fedora proper. We'll need to make sure we can build against OpenJDK - and since it is supplied by Sun I'm pretty certain we should work against it. My guess is that the build problems probably arise from some check that is failing due to some small difference between Sun's "official" JDK and OpenJDK.
