we have changed OtrsTicketerPlugin.java from svn-ver.: 11141 to 11155. build.sh clean and recompile the whole project. The NullPointerException is the same as with the old OtrsTicketerPlugin.java. Next we try to build the source from trunk and figure out if it works.
