This simple agent requires Telnet, advance sharing and jdk on the client.
I have tried this solution on windows 2k and later.

Yes it is. You are free to develop any agent with any language but it's
mandatory that your plugin apply to our protocol.

I've developed a new protocol over UDP/TCP, I'm writing a document with
specifications for this protocol.
