I have the same problem. Is there a way to blacklist the OpenNMS
snapshot repository? Is it even a separate repository? Should it be?
On the command-line I would sometimes use the "-o" option to Maven to
make it run offline, but I haven't looked for a way to do that with
m2eclipse, yet.
