This is really cool, but I still really am not enamored with the idea of
having *2* slippy map implementations, one of which only works with
OpenLayers.  Is there something technical that prevents you from adding
features to the Remote Poller Maps (which supports OpenLayers, Google
Maps, and MapQuest with the same data) so they are more generically
useful, rather than 2 competing slippy maps?
