If you've been looking at git lately, you'll see that I've been working on converting a lot of the Maven projects into OSGi bundle JARs. I just ran across this guide from the Fuse ESB team who sell a commercially-supported version of Apache ServiceMix:
http://fusesource.com/docs/esbent/7.0/esb_deploy_osgi/BestPractices-BuildBundles.html It has some good guidelines for how to configure the maven-bundle-plugin. I'll be following this guide closely as I use the maven-bundle-plugin to add OSGi bundle manifests to all of the projects.
