For one of our projects, we have devices which support communication via
RS485/RS232 serial interface only. Does OpenNMS have a ready adapter/solution
for communicating on serial port. Of course, if it exists, we will have to
customise it to suit the specific commands that this device supports.
If not, what is a good starting point to get this customization done.
I have searched for it for a while, but could not get anything concrete on this
front.
