Hey everyone, I am a bit confused about what is the right copyright file header I should use.

OpenNMS(R) is Copyright (C) 1999-2012 The OpenNMS Group, Inc. These entries vary from file to file. Usually the 2nd entry is from 1999-2012. But the 1st entry varies. What is correct?
