Hi Guys,

Dustin made a small but quite important enhancement to the
DnsResolutionMonitor. Instead of always using the system resolver it is now
possible to set a preferred DNS server as resolver by configuration of the
monitor. This allows to check if a node label can be resolved of a specific DNS
server instead of using the underlying resolver configuration from the
operating system.

There are also some refactorings, so would be nice if somebody can do a code
review. Otherwise the pull request is against
release-16.0.3.

My question is this something we can do? As far I see the configuration file is
not changed and provides an additional parameter and still works in the same
way if the name server parameter is not set.

If we merge to release-16.0.3 is the change automatically merged to develop?

Thanks for reading and for this cool enhancement
